The Role of Nurse/District Nurse

You will have a varied, stimulating, and diverse job with regular tasks at a health centre. You will work Monday to Friday with some on-call duties in the evenings and weekends.

The position is a six-month temporary contract with the possibility of extension. Start date is negotiable and the employment rate can be discussed.

Your Future Workplace

Bra Liv Gnosjö Health Centre is a medium-sized health centre, with approximately 9,700 registered patients and is the only health centre in Gnosjö municipality. We are part of Vårdcentralerna Bra Liv, the region-driven primary care in Jönköping County, consisting of 33 health centres close to our patients throughout the county. Gnosjö Health Centre has about 46 employees in various professions. We continuously work to ensure patient satisfaction and are involved in improvement efforts. Together, we provide care with consideration, wholeness, and quality in focus.

Your Profile

You are a licensed nurse, preferably further educated as a district nurse. We would like you to have experience in telephone counseling in Tele Q, outpatient work, and primary care experience. Digital healthcare experience is an advantage.

You can work independently but also collaboratively with various professional roles, are engaged, responsible, and understand the importance of good communication. You are flexible and want to develop and improve the operations together with us. You absorb new knowledge and can serve as a knowledge resource for your colleagues. You adapt your work, communication, and approach based on the patient and situation. We place great importance on personal suitability.
