A cheerful and active girl in Luleå is now looking for personal assistants to help her have a safe and meaningful everyday life. Playing with dolls, balls, watching TV/movies, and outdoor activities are some of her interests. We are looking for a person for a permanent position of 50% as well as substitutes.

The girl is in a wheelchair and therefore needs help with daily routines such as personal care, medication, cooking, and cleaning. You will also provide support during leisure activities and other social contexts. Transfers will occur during work, and lifting aids are available.

Who are we looking for?
You should be a cheerful, empathetic, responsible, and patient person who is willing to take the initiative. Since the girl cannot speak for herself, it is important that you are attentive and observant. Previous experience from similar jobs is an advantage but not a requirement.

We want you to be smoke-free and, due to allergies, not own any pets, and that you are proficient in the Swedish language.

What do the shifts look like?
The assistance is based in the girl's home, where her mother, father, and siblings also live. Working hours are scheduled from 08:30-15 & 15-21 on weekdays and weekends. Sometimes there is a need for the assistant to work extra during the night (sleeping duty).
