Senior Account Manager at Hako Sweden AB

Hako Sweden AB continues to grow, and we are now looking for an experienced and business-driven Senior Account Manager for our sales team in the Cleaning Machines business area.

About the Role

You will be responsible for the entire sales process – from the first contact to the completed deal – with a focus on building long-term and value-creating customer relationships. The position is preferably based in Stockholm (Kungsängen), and the sales district includes Greater Stockholm and Uppland. You will be part of the Cleaning business area, which currently consists of 14 people.

Your Main Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing.
  • Conduct demonstrations of cleaning machines and customer events on-site at the customer or in our showroom in Kungsängen.
  • Develop new business opportunities and nurture existing customer relationships.
  • Work towards set goals – both result and customer satisfaction goals – and contribute to the team's development.

Your Profile

You are a confident and self-assured Senior Account Manager with a natural sense for business and customer relationships. At Hako, you have great opportunities to plan your work and approach the market in a way that best develops both sales and customer base – in close dialogue with the sales manager and colleagues.

Requirements for the Role:

  • Documented experience in proactive B2B sales
  • Structured, responsible, and goal-oriented
  • Comfortable and experienced in working with CRM systems
  • Initiative, a solution-oriented approach, and strong drive in sales
  • Driver's license (B)

Experience from related industries or products within Hako’s areas (Cleaning, Park & Land, Golf, Home & Garden, and Used) is an advantage, but we value the right personality and drive above all.
