About the assignment

As an assembler at our client Aros, you will work with the assembly of electronic components according to drawings and circuit boards. Furthermore, you will assist in training new staff.

Examples of tasks:

• Fine assembly
• Responsibility for surface mount line
• Reading drawings
• Testing
• Soldering
• Training new staff

The role also offers the possibility of business trips to Romania.

Your profile

We are looking for someone with experience in industry/assembly and good language skills in Romanian, Swedish, and English. If you have experience working in electronics production, experience with electronic assembly, or surface mounting, it is highly meritorious.

As a person, you are driven, focused, and have the ability to take your own initiatives. You are quality-conscious, flexible, and easily adaptable in different contexts. Furthermore, you feel confident in familiarizing yourself with new tasks and routines and have a strong work ethic. Good communication, accuracy, and organization are qualities you highly value.

Your qualifications:

• Experience in industry (meritorious with electronics assembly/surface mounting)
• Good language skills in Romanian, Swedish, and English
• Good understanding of instructions
