Care Responsible Nurse to Pajala Municipality

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking for a care responsible nurse to Pajala Municipality. You will work in special housing, with daytime work Monday to Friday.

As a nurse in Pajala Municipality, you will have a varied and independent job. Your tasks include performing medical assessments, medication management, and leading the nursing work together with nursing assistants and other staff. You will work closely with residents, relatives, and colleagues to create the best possible quality of life.

You will be part of the municipality's Health and Medical Care Unit, which, in addition to nurses, consists of occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and district nurses.

Your tasks include:

• Assessment and follow-up of residents' health status
• Planning and documentation in the journal system
• Collaboration with doctors and other professionals
• Guidance and support to nursing staff
• Active participation in quality and development work

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a licensed nurse
• Has a genuine interest in elderly care and person-centered care
• Has good collaboration skills
• Has experience in municipal care or nursing homes (meritorious)
• Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Has a B driver's license
