As a Listing Agent at Sello, you will be a key person in the customer journey - your contribution is crucial for whether and how quickly the customer goes live on marketplaces. You ensure that each customer has a smooth start and an efficient setup that makes their sales possible from day one.

About the role

As a Listing Agent, you will help our customers get started with their marketplace sales. You connect their e-commerce systems with Sello and relevant marketplaces and use our tools to adapt product data to each platform's requirements.

You ensure that products are published correctly, that orders flow where they should - and that the entire chain works smoothly. Sometimes you will also take over already active product listings and ensure that they are optimized.

You will become an advisory partner who helps customers find the best setup for their organization - from product and order flows to logistics and accounting.

The role also includes customer support as needed.

Your tasks

Help customers connect their systems with Sello and marketplaces.

Adapt and quality assure product data to meet marketplace requirements.

Publish products and ensure correct order flow.

Optimize existing listings and integrations.

Support customers with technical and operational questions.

Skills

Requirements

  • Very good computer skills and technical understanding.
  • Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Meritorious

  • Experience in e-commerce, project management, or working with digital platforms.
  • Basic understanding of APIs, databases, and system integrations.
  • Previous experience working with product data, PIM, or marketplaces.
