About the workplace

Cleaning and local care belong to the community development sector and consist of four geographical areas with a total of about 70 employees.

Your tasks

You will be placed in Svanesund and be part of a work group. Your duties include performing daily cleaning with good quality according to applicable cleaning routines. Kitchen work may also be included as you are responsible for a nearby preschool's reception of food and dishes. Rotation between workplaces and a flexible working method are part of the daily work.

Since the work is performed at the customer's location, it is important that you are attentive and have a strong customer focus. The work is mobile and varied.

About you

This job is suitable for you who want to take responsibility and work with cleaning and service. You enjoy varied tasks and plan your work independently.

Vocational training in cleaning or other education is an advantage, as is experience from previous work in cleaning.

You are engaged and have a high level of service and a good attitude towards customers, colleagues, and other people you meet in your professional role every day. You collaborate with others to perform tasks and achieve goals and can easily adapt your working methods based on changing conditions. You have the ability to handle many tasks simultaneously if required.

You have a holistic view, are flexible in your work, see opportunities, and take initiatives to drive the business forward together with your colleagues.

A B driver's license is a requirement for the position. You master Swedish both in speech and writing and have computer skills.

We place great emphasis on personal qualities.

Working hours/duration: Full-time daytime Monday-Friday, 6 months, possible extension.

Salary: Individual salary setting.

Start date: By agreement.
