ABOUT THE POSITION
Coor is one of the Nordic region's leading Facility Management companies offering services in property management, workplace services, and service to companies and organizations throughout Sweden. The company has extensive experience in delivering high-quality solutions that enable the customer's operations to run smoothly every day.
Right now, Coor is looking for a Group Manager who will take overall responsibility for a comprehensive client assignment where Coor manages property services for a larger property company in Stockholm. You will lead the operations through two operations managers/team leaders and have overall responsibility for approximately 28 employees as well as a number of hourly employees. The team works with practical property service tasks such as repairs, preventive maintenance, facility management, and handling tenant issues.
In this role, you will be Coor's primary contact person with the client's contact points in Stockholm and responsible for ensuring that agreements, quality, and financial goals are met. You will drive development initiatives, ensure effective working methods, lead change processes, and also lead operational meetings with the client's representatives in various forums. The role is varied and mobile with presence in several of the client's geographical areas, and you will be based in your workplace in Stockholm City.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the team within property services to ensure quality, work environment, and cost-effectiveness
- Be responsible for the delivery to the client and ensure that agreements and financial goals are met
- Drive development projects and improvement initiatives focusing on the client's needs and delivery efficiency
- Plan and lead several different meeting forums with the client, including presentations of results and projects
- Coaching and development conversations with employees to strengthen competence, engagement, and delivery quality
- Collaborate with the client and internal stakeholders to implement new solutions and improve processes
- Work with and find improvements together with other Coor deliveries in the area.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Has several years of experience in a leadership role with responsibility for personnel, customer contact, finance, and delivery
- Has experience from Soft and Hard FM
- Is accustomed to customer contact at various levels and can drive development projects
- Can hold presentations for large work/customer groups and enjoys independently driving operational meeting forums
- Has strong social skills, is used to working flexibly, and can quickly adapt
- Has experience leading larger and geographically dispersed teams
- Is fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Has a B driver's license
