Work part-time as a waiter/waitress at Al Dente – an extraordinary Italian experience

Al Dente is the leading destination in the Nordics for authentic Italian cooking classes, wine tastings, and culinary experiences. Since 2002, we have welcomed tens of thousands of guests to our warm and family-friendly environment – where food, culture, and community are at the center.

We have six unique venues in central Stockholm, all designed to create an inspiring and genuine Italian atmosphere. Our team consists of about 50 passionate employees who together create extraordinary experiences.

We are now looking for you who want to work part-time as a waiter/waitress in an environment where the restaurant world meets experience-based events. With us, you will work with private groups, which means that every guest is the focus from start to finish. Your role is crucial in creating a holistic experience that feels both professional and personal.

Similarities with restaurant work – but with a twist

Just like in a traditional restaurant, you will be responsible for:

• Serving drinks and food during dinner – with a sense of timing and service
• Clearing and cleaning workstations – where guests cook their own meals for team-building purposes
• Keeping kitchen areas clean and equipped with fresh utensils
• Collaborating with kitchen managers and assistants to create a smooth flow

But unlike a regular restaurant job, you will be part of a creative and learning environment where guests participate in cooking. You become an important part of their experience – from the first welcome to the last cup of coffee.

Who are we looking for?

We would like you to have experience in restaurants, catering, or events, but the most important thing is that you:

• Are engaged, flexible, and enjoy working with people
• Have an eye for detail and a warm demeanor
• Speak Swedish and preferably English – Italian is a plus!

The work mainly takes place in the evenings and weekends at our venues in central Stockholm. With us, you will become part of a passionate Italian family that is dedicated to both tradition and innovation.
