As an IT Support Technician, you will work in first-line support where your main focus is to assist users with IT-related questions via phone, email, and on-site. The role means you are the first point of contact for users and ensure that their IT environment runs smoothly in their daily work. You will register, prioritize, and follow up on cases in the ticket management system, as well as manage accounts and permissions in Active Directory. The job also includes troubleshooting in a Windows environment and various applications, where you guide the user in a pedagogical and service-oriented manner.

Examples of tasks:

  • Activation and administration of accounts
  • Password and permission management
  • Handling of imports and exports
  • Receiving and registering cases via phone and ticket management system
  • Providing support and troubleshooting on-site or via phone/remote

We expect you to have experience in:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role as an IT Support Technician
  • Providing user support in a Windows environment and common software, with the ability to guide users and solve problems in a pedagogical and service-oriented manner
  • Working in a ticket management system, including registration, prioritization, and follow-up of cases, to ensure smooth and effective support processes
  • Support within Microsoft 365 and its enterprise applications
  • Account management in Active Directory/EntraID
  • Work regulated by the Security Protection Act

You are technically curious, flexible, and adaptable, and enjoy handling varied tasks in a professional and engaged manner.

Start: Immediate start considering notice period. The assignment is full-time and is ongoing.
