About the role As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of a wonderful team that answers a large number of phone calls daily from Svea Bank's customers, debtors, and authorities. You will have the phone as your primary working tool and handle many incoming calls of various kinds. You will, among other things, answer questions regarding collections, invoices, and parking matters. With us, you will work in a dynamic environment alongside engaged colleagues who are quick to laugh, support, and encourage each other. The position is full-time, during office hours, and on weekdays.
We are located in bright offices at Mall of Scandinavia in Solna, close to public transport such as commuter trains, trams, buses, and the subway. Mall of Scandinavia has many shops and restaurants, and we have our own gym adjacent to the office that you can visit during lunch or before/after work.
Who are we looking for? We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with a customer focus and has a genuine interest in service. It is important that you quickly understand the customer and that you have strong communication skills in both spoken and written Swedish and English; additional languages are a plus. In addition, we would like you to:
- Be open to change and contribute with a positive attitude
- Have good computer skills and the ability to learn new systems relatively quickly
- Be interested in and want to learn more about financial solutions
- Be unpretentious and willing to roll up your sleeves when needed
- Actively work on developing your skills and share your knowledge
- Take responsibility for your work and easily collaborate with others
You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with many contacts, as you will daily answer and handle a large number of phone calls and emails. It is an advantage if you have previous experience in customer service, but other work experience and the right attitude are also good prerequisites for taking on this role.
