With us, you will play a central role in developing how we work with AI, as you will be part of a central team, AI Enablement, whose mission is to support the rest of the organization with AI solutions - from idea to implementation. You will navigate the intersection of business development, solution development, and system development, where your code contributes to making AI a natural and secure part of our everyday lives.

What will you do?

As an AI Software Engineer in the AI Enablement team, you will help shape how Svenska Spel builds, integrates, and scales the use of AI across the organization. You will work closely with the business and in technical environments where accessibility, security, and quality are in focus. The role combines technical system development with innovation and business understanding – you will be an important link between our AI services and the infrastructure that makes them possible. 

Your responsibilities will include: 

• Building and further developing agents, LLM, and RAG solutions (retrieval-augmented generation) that support the needs of the business. 
• Developing and maintaining APIs, integrations, and services that connect AI solutions with other systems. 
• Working with IAM (Identity and Access Management), data flows, and technical platforms to ensure secure and scalable AI solutions. 
• Collaborating with the AI Enablement team, data engineers, ML experts, and product developers to create robust and sustainable technical solutions. 
• Participating in requirements analysis, design, testing, and quality assurance of new features – from prototype to production. 
• Contributing to the improvement of processes and platforms, and driving the work with standards and best practices for AI development.

Are you the one to do it?

We are looking for someone who combines technical curiosity with a business mindset. You enjoy moving between technology and application, and like to translate complex ideas into functional code that creates value. 

We believe you have

• Experience in system development and integration, preferably in environments with API development and IAM solutions.
• Knowledge of Python, Typescript, or .NET as well as experience with CI/CD flows.
• Understanding of how AI services are integrated into technical environments, including issues related to data access, security, and quality.
• The ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate technical solutions clearly.
• A relevant university degree, such as in computer science, systems science, or a related field.

It is a plus if you have experience with

• Cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Kubernetes, DevOps, or MLOps environments.
• Practices in AI development, agent architecture, or LLM applications.
