ValueOne is looking for an experienced Supply Planning Manager with a background in the pharmaceutical industry for a consulting assignment at a pharmaceutical company in Stockholm. The assignment is to be filled as soon as possible and will last until July 31, 2026, with the possibility of extension.

The role of Supply Planning Manager is a key position where you are responsible for end-to-end planning (E2E) of finished products, pharmaceutical products, and active pharmaceutical ingredients, ensuring an efficient supply chain. Remote work is possible to some extent.
Main responsibilities:
- Responsible for volume and inventory planning (budget, forecast, LRP) and creating a holistic plan to meet both commercial and clinical demand in the short and long term.
- Actively participate in product teams on supply-related matters.
- Break down market demand into capacity needs for different product steps for forecasting and order management.
- Conduct annual planning including LRP and safety stock assessments, with scenario planning and approval of volume and inventory plans.
- Responsible for replenishment and inventory management for assigned markets and products.
- Define and monitor KPIs for the supply chain, as well as manage deviations.
- Develop and maintain E2E inventory strategies.
- Set inventory holding goals in line with budget/forecast and monitor progress.
- Participate in the S&OP process for assigned product families.
- Ensure accurate reporting of costs and transactions, including reporting to the finance department.
- Develop and improve supply chain processes.
- Responsible for lifecycle management of products.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date Master data in IFS.
We are looking for someone with previous experience in roles such as Supply Planner and relevant academic education, preferably in supply chain management, economics, or equivalent. We prefer that you have a background in the pharmaceutical industry and knowledge of GDP (Good Distribution Practice). Experience working with API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients) is also desirable. APICS certification or experience in production planning is also a merit. Proficiency in both Swedish and English, spoken and written, is a requirement.
