Winternet Occupational Health and Wellness

Winternet Occupational Health and Wellness is Boden Municipality's own occupational health service, located within the municipal management administration. The unit is unique as it encompasses health-promoting, preventive, rehabilitative, and strategic initiatives. We place great emphasis on wellness, health, and an active lifestyle. In addition, we have a mission in public health and also conduct various assignments and projects within the health sector. The unit has well-equipped testing labs for both medical examinations and for health and performance development.

At the unit, we work together in a strong team where we collaborate across our professions, such as company doctors, occupational nurses, and physiotherapists, among others. We also utilize various consultants in specific areas.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Psychologist/Behavioral Scientist, you will work with:

• Guidance of individuals and groups
• Group development
• Conflict management and managerial support
• Support conversations and crisis support
• Organizational and psychosocial workplace issues
• Mapping/investigations
• Part of work ability assessments
• Training

QUALIFICATIONS

The position/role will be adapted based on your educational background and work experience. We welcome applications from both psychologists and behavioral scientists. To be qualified for the position, you need to have:

• You are a licensed psychologist or have another relevant behavioral science education at least at the bachelor's level. You may have a background as a social worker or psychotherapist, etc.
• Good computer skills and an interest and preferably experience in digital tools and working with online-based methods
• Proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• A valid driver's license (B category) is required for the position

• Confident in your professional role, structured, and works systematically with analysis, implementation, and follow-up
• Driven and sees the connection between individual, group, and organization, with the ability to translate that into effective interventions in relation to clients
• Communicative and relationship-building, with sensitivity to the client's needs

• Flexible and responsible, ready to take on challenges
