The Role of Nurse in the Dialysis Clinic

Unit F is an outpatient clinic with 24 hemodialysis stations, focusing on utilizing the patient's self-care ability. The goal is to create engaged patients who can live an active life with good quality of life despite chronic illness. The team consists of nursing assistants, nurses, doctors, healthcare administrators, and medical technicians.

Your Profile

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse with an interest in dialysis and kidney diseases, and who enjoys technology and care. We are looking for someone who can complement our team, and the focus will be on personal suitability. Whether you are newly graduated and new in your role as a nurse or an experienced nurse with solid experience, you can contribute to our organization. We see that you have a drive to develop and want to contribute to the development of the organization. You are communicative, have good collaboration skills, and maintain a positive attitude in your work.

As you will work closely with patients, we believe it is important that you are good at building relationships to make the patient feel safe and involved in their treatment. We are looking for someone who can complement our team, and the focus will be on personal suitability.

Our Offer to You

With us, you will have the opportunity to learn, develop, and work together with colleagues and patients. When you start with us, you will receive an introduction of about 6 weeks with a mentor, and if you are newly graduated, you will also participate in our in-depth introduction program for newly graduated nurses that takes place during your first year with us. The program includes both practical training, theory, and group supervision.

With us, you will have a stimulating and developing job in a pleasant workplace in modern facilities with about 30 colleagues. The clinic is open Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 6:45 AM to 7:30 PM, and Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday from 6:45 AM to 3:30 PM. We apply a wish schedule.

The position is a temporary contract for 6 months with good opportunities for extension. Start date by agreement.
