As an IT Service Manager within Collaboration & Productivity, you enable our digital collaboration and productivity through (among others!) Microsoft 365 and Power Platform. We are now looking for someone who wants to support, challenge, and inspire the business in how we work digitally – and help us gain more benefit from the tools and licenses we already have in our portfolio.

This is what you will do with us

In short, you will be our internal expert on how to get the most out of our Microsoft tools with a focus on utility, usage, and cost-effectiveness. You will:

• Analyze and optimize usage and license management within the framework of our extensive Microsoft agreement
• Coordinate and plan updates and improvements
• Be the contact person for, and collaborate closely with, service providers in both reactive and proactive matters and larger initiatives
• Communicate changes and news in the tools, and create engagement through workshops, forums, intranet posts, and close dialogue with the business
• Promote automation and digitalization by leading and educating citizen developers in Power Platform, as well as being a role model by leading by example.

Your team and workplace

You will be part of Coor IT, an organization with about 60 employees. This role belongs to Cloud & Platform Services, and your closest colleagues work with IT Workplace, infra, network, cloud, and IAM, and you will collaborate closely with the IT security team, Dynamics specialists, and other IT Service Managers in our product teams.

Our core business is to create the best workplaces in the Nordics, and we certainly want to be best in class. In March 2025, we moved into brand new, incredibly nice (if we may say so ourselves) premises in Hagastaden, but we are very flexible regarding office presence.

More about you

We are looking for someone with good knowledge of Microsoft 365 – especially Teams, SharePoint, and the Office suite. You have experience working with admin interfaces and policies in e.g. Exchange, Teams, and Power Platform. You are used to working in an outsourced environment and with vendor management and contract responsibility. It is, of course, a big plus if you have worked in an organization like ours with many employees and varying digital maturity.

As a person, you are curious, pedagogical, and structured. You have an interest in new technology, the ability to create engagement, and are used to taking initiative. In an organization where a lot is happening, it is an advantage to be flexible and solution-oriented – and able to prioritize in the moment without losing direction.
