As a first-line support technician, you will be the users' first point of contact for IT-related support. You will work via phone, email, and on-site to resolve user inquiries and ensure a smooth IT environment.
Your responsibilities
- Activation and management of user accounts
- Password management
- Receiving and handling support cases via phone and ticketing system
- User support regarding IT-related issues – both via phone and on-site
- Imports and exports
- Troubleshooting in Windows environment and applications
The work is performed on-site in central Stockholm.
Mandatory qualifications
- Experience in user support for commonly used software
- Experience working with ticketing systems
Personal qualities
- Good communication skills in both spoken and written form
- Genuine interest in technology
- Service-oriented with a strong desire to help and support users
- Pedagogical ability
- Flexibility regarding working hours
Other requirements
- Swedish citizenship
- Security clearance will be conducted as the assignment involves security protection
