As a first-line support technician, you will be the users' first point of contact for IT-related support. You will work via phone, email, and on-site to resolve user inquiries and ensure a smooth IT environment.

Your responsibilities

  • Activation and management of user accounts
  • Password management
  • Receiving and handling support cases via phone and ticketing system
  • User support regarding IT-related issues – both via phone and on-site
  • Imports and exports
  • Troubleshooting in Windows environment and applications

The work is performed on-site in central Stockholm.

Mandatory qualifications

  • Experience in user support for commonly used software
  • Experience working with ticketing systems

Personal qualities

  • Good communication skills in both spoken and written form
  • Genuine interest in technology
  • Service-oriented with a strong desire to help and support users
  • Pedagogical ability
  • Flexibility regarding working hours

Other requirements

  • Swedish citizenship
  • Security clearance will be conducted as the assignment involves security protection
