Do you have a few years of experience as a system tester and find testing really fun? Then this could be the next step for you!

At Axis, you will combine your technical interest with problem-solving in a creative QA role – focusing on manual testing, system testing, and continuous development in quality assurance.

As a QA tester, you will be an important part of the team ensuring that Axis products maintain the highest quality before they reach customers worldwide. You will work closely with developers and other testers in an agile environment, contributing your experience in testing methods, system understanding, and improvement work.

The work mainly involves manual and exploratory testing as well as system testing in Windows and Linux environments, but you will also have the opportunity to develop your skills in test automation and modern QA tools.

-System testing of Axis products in various environments

-Manual and exploratory testing

-Analysis and troubleshooting to identify bugs and areas for improvement

-Close collaboration with development teams in an agile environment

-Drive improvement proposals for testing processes and quality assurance

We believe you have around 4 years of experience in system testing, QA, or a similar technical role and thrive in an environment where you can be meticulous, curious, and solution-oriented.

You are communicative and enjoy collaborating, while also being willing to take your own initiatives. You have a genuine interest in testing and want to continue developing – perhaps eventually in automation or test strategy.

Previous experience with automated testing is a plus, but not a requirement – the most important thing is your passion for quality and your willingness to learn more.

This is a consulting assignment via Gigstep, where you will initially be employed by us with the ambition of eventually transitioning to a permanent position at Axis.
