We like to think outside the box and be close to our patients even if the distances are great. Therefore, we work with digital solutions and have our own APP, Praktikertjänst. Norrsken Health Center is located in Vittangi, Kiruna, Svappavaara, and Karesuando. Our branch in Kiruna is our largest workplace where we have a medical clinic, diabetes clinic, nursing clinics, rehabilitation department with physiotherapists, occupational therapist, psychologist, CBT therapist, and rehabilitation coordinator as well as child health and primary health care.

We have now reorganized our fine operation to create a clearer structure and closer leadership in the form of four section leaders. We are now looking for you, a nurse/district nurse, who wants to be part of our exciting journey of change.

We are looking for someone with great commitment and drive, perhaps you have experience in leadership and care flows or you are curious to learn more. You are structured, attentive, and have good collaboration skills. You see opportunities, enjoy working in a team, and find it easy to stand by well-considered decisions.

You have excellent knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. If you have language skills in Finnish, Meänkieli, or Sámi, it is an advantage for us but not a requirement. You will be responsible for employees in all our operations.

Job Responsibilities:

You will have a varied job where you switch your leadership between administrative and clinical tasks, and you will help develop routines and new working methods. You will be part of the operational management group and responsible for a section with about 7 employees. You will plan and lead the daily operations together with the team.

You will also be involved in the daily reception work where you work with our digital APP/general nursing reception/LifeCare/specialist reception/telephone advice as well as other tasks.

Qualifications

You are a confident and engaged nurse with a strong interest in developing leadership and care flows.

You are comfortable making decisions, coaching colleagues, and keeping the patient's best interests in focus.

You can work independently – but never alone.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a licensed nurse or district nurse
• Has a B driver's license
• Has excellent computer skills and communicates fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Has experience in primary care or an interest in learning more
• Is communicative, professional in your approach, solution-focused, and enjoys a flexible working style.
