The Health and Care Administration, with its approximately 1500 employees, is one of the administrations in the city of Mölndal and includes elderly care, support for people with disabilities, and health care.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for someone who wants to work as a substitute within the Health and Care Administration. You will have the opportunity for exciting work with variation in one of our units. As a substitute, you will have the chance to work flexibly when it suits you and the organization.

The work involves you providing support, service, care, and assistance together with other staff. The interventions are individually planned, meaning that the care recipient's individual needs and conditions are at the center. It may also involve assisting in daily life and various social activities. The work requires a good attitude, teamwork ability, and good communication skills.

QUALIFICATIONS

To work as a substitute with us, you need:

• A valid criminal record check!
• To understand, speak, read, and write Swedish
• Basic computer skills
• To be at least 18 years old

It is an advantage if you have studied the Health and Care program or another equivalent education. Experience in care and assistance work is also an advantage. It is beneficial if you have a driver's license. Note that education, experience, and a driver's license are requirements in some areas of work.

Personally, you show respect and consideration for those you meet in your professional role and adapt your communication according to the recipient, target group, and situation. You listen to other people to understand their needs and have the ability to work together with others to perform tasks and achieve goals. Finally, you take responsibility for your and shared tasks with the users' best interests in focus.
