We are currently looking for a property manager for an exciting management assignment – the Hansa block in Malmö.

About the role In this role, you will be responsible for the two properties Stadt Hamburg and Lybeck, which together make up the Hansa block. Hansa is probably best known for its commercial spaces with stores such as Arket, Chanel, Oscar Jacobson, Systembolaget, and ICA, but it also houses offices, healthcare, education, and a garage.

As a property manager, you have overall responsibility for the property's operations, finances, and customers. You own and manage all daily management issues and are the face of the company to the tenants. Taking initiative and coming up with improvement suggestions on how we can enhance key performance indicators without compromising tenant satisfaction is a central part of the assignment.

About you To succeed in this role, you are a driven and responsible person with a genuine interest in people and service. You have experience in commercial property management, preferably with several years of experience from similar assignments.

You are business-minded and have a good understanding of property economics, service, and relationship building. An important foundation for this is understanding the business, being creative, and seeing opportunities while maintaining a professional demeanor.

Your everyday life With us, you are more than a property manager; you are an ambassador for our brand and Hansa. You work closely with the tenants and have a natural daily presence in the property. Your base will be our office in Malmö, but your arena is the Hansa block.
