Customer Service Team Lead – Drive and develop a world-class service team

About the role

As a team leader, you have the operational responsibility for the daily work in your function. You coach, plan, and ensure that the team delivers top-class service – with the right tone, pace, and quality. You are a role model in both customer dialogue and work environment, driving continuous improvement in processes, technology, and ways of working.

Your tasks

  • Lead and develop a team of customer service representatives
  • Ensure a good work environment and high team satisfaction
  • Coach, follow up, and set goals for performance and development
  • Work closely with other departments to improve the customer journey
  • Drive improvement initiatives and contribute to increased customer satisfaction

Success factors

  • Previous leadership experience in customer service
  • Strong interest in leadership, team development, and customer dialogue
  • Structured and clear with the ability to create security in change
  • Engaging and responsive – you build culture, not just KPIs
