Customer Service Team Lead – Drive and develop a world-class service team
Do you want to lead a team that meets customers with engagement and quality every day? We are looking for a Customer Service Team Lead with a passion for both people and results – someone who helps the team grow and thrive while elevating the customer experience to the next level.
About the role
As a team leader, you have the operational responsibility for the daily work in your function. You coach, plan, and ensure that the team delivers top-class service – with the right tone, pace, and quality. You are a role model in both customer dialogue and work environment, driving continuous improvement in processes, technology, and ways of working.
Your tasks
- Lead and develop a team of customer service representatives
- Ensure a good work environment and high team satisfaction
- Coach, follow up, and set goals for performance and development
- Work closely with other departments to improve the customer journey
- Drive improvement initiatives and contribute to increased customer satisfaction
Success factors
- Previous leadership experience in customer service
- Strong interest in leadership, team development, and customer dialogue
- Structured and clear with the ability to create security in change
- Engaging and responsive – you build culture, not just KPIs
