  • Supporting product owners and teams in managing obstacles, priorities, and goal tracking.

  • Implementing measurement methods such as burn-down, velocity, lead time, etc.

  • Coordinating dependencies between teams and contributing to better collaboration across boundaries.

  • Driving and supporting the agile transformation journey at the organizational level.

  • Being an active part of planning, skills development, and recruitment related to the teams' needs.

  • At least 3 years of experience working closely with product owners in an agile context.

  • At least 2 years of experience working in agile development teams (e.g., developers or testers).

  • Experience from larger organizations (>200 people) with multiple parallel teams.

  • Certification as a Scrum Master (e.g., CSM, PSM, or SAFe).

  • At least 2 years of experience using agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent.

Desirable Experiences

It is especially valuable if you also have:

  • Experience managing dependencies between teams and establishing structures for collaboration.

  • Experience facilitating larger workshops (>20 participants) such as PI planning or Open Space.

  • Experience in change management related to agile transformation.

  • Experience working in the public sector.
