I am a girl almost 16 years old looking for a new stable assistant for my team at 75%!

I like to do everything that everyone who is almost 16 likes to do! For example, hanging out with friends, making TikToks, putting on makeup, going swimming, playing games, going for walks, and much more.

But I need your assistance so that I can do all the fun things I enjoy. You should be by my side if I need you. I need assistance when I perform my various activities and everything else in daily life. I also need help interpreting what I say, but the more we spend time together, the more we will understand each other. I also need help with transfers. I have various aids that I use in my daily life, such as different wheelchairs.

I would prefer if you have previously worked as a personal assistant, but it is not a requirement. The most important thing is that we click and can have fun together. Due to all the activities in my daily life, it is also good if you have a stable and strong foundation.

I would prefer that you who are applying for the job are a woman between 20-30 years old. Hope to hear from you!

As an assistant at Balans, you will receive continuous support in your role, a good introduction, personal supervision, guidance, and training.

The position is 75% + staffing responsibility for 1 week/month approximately. For the staffing responsibility, a fee will of course be paid. You will also have the opportunity to work extra up to full-time if that is your wish.
