We are now looking for personal assistants who want to work with our Christian female client in Gnarp, who has extensive care needs. As an assistant, you will have the opportunity to help a person live a life on the same terms as others as much as possible. You will receive training in CPR, oxygen management, and medication delegation.

About the assignment In the role of assistant, you will help our client with everything from personal care, hygiene routines, transfers, use of various aids, assistance with activities, etc. She has double assistance around the clock. The workplace is in the woman's home and wherever she is. The home is located in Gnarp, and you can reach the workplace by car, bus, or train. Our client is a creative musician and is passionate about worship. She also enjoys crafting as a hobby, making everything from jewelry to interior design in her own wheelchair-accessible hobby room.

If you, as an assistant, share these interests, there are good prospects for you to get along well in this assignment! The client has a strong pet allergy, and you as an assistant with pets may need to undergo extra careful hygiene routines at the beginning of your shifts.

It is important that you are punctual and can keep time, but also flexible enough to occasionally step in to cover gaps in staffing. We see that you are a secure person with integrity. The chemistry and interaction between you as an assistant and the client are crucial for the quality and experience of the work.

As an assistant in this assignment, it is very important that you respect the woman's Christian worldview. Christian music is played in the home and may be on during your shifts.

Due to the client's allergies, it is important that you as an assistant are a non-smoker.

The employment is for a fixed term as long as the assignment lasts. We offer a fixed hourly wage according to agreement. Other compensations according to collective agreement (Fremia/Kommunal - Personal Assistance).

Working hours vary, and you are expected to be able to work day, evening, and night shifts based on your schedule. The working hours are 08-15, 15-22, and 22-08. During night shifts, you are expected to be awake and active throughout the entire shift.

About the recruitment The selection process is ongoing, and more information about the assignment will be provided during a possible interview. Start date will be according to agreement.
