Your mission

As part of Drömfabriken, you will contribute to development and support individuals with various disabilities through culture and creation. You will be involved in work with wood and textile crafts, ceramics and painting, music, and dance.

Your profile

You are a musician who plays accompanying instruments and sings, with experience in textile crafts, or you are a textile craftsman with experience in singing and playing accompanying instruments.

You have a pedagogical education or experience working with people in a supportive and developmental role.

You are proficient in digital tools for tasks such as planning, scheduling, updating the website, and creating materials like posters and advertisements.

Drömfabriken is looking for someone who is positive, solution-oriented, and has a desire to work closely with others. You are creative and have an easy time collaborating with both colleagues and users.
