Then you might be the Key Account Manager we are looking for at Nordlo Evolve in Stockholm!
About the Role
As a Key Account Manager at Nordlo Evolve, you will have overall responsibility for some of our most strategic customers. You will lead the commercial work and ensure that we create long-term value for the customer's business.
Together with our Technical Account Managers, specialists, and delivery teams, you will develop both the customer's and Nordlo's business — focusing on partnership, innovation, and results.
Your overall responsibilities include:
- Business and relationship development with existing customers
- Identifying new needs and development opportunities
- Leading and coordinating internal teams towards common customer goals
- Contract and price negotiations
- Ensuring high customer satisfaction and profitability
About You
We are looking for someone who has the ability to build trust and a desire to collaborate closely with our customers, focusing on customer satisfaction and development. You thrive in an advisory role where you can combine business development with long-term relationships.
To succeed in this role, we believe you have:
- Experience in selling and developing IT services, such as IT operations, outsourcing, or IT security
- The ability to quickly gain a good understanding of the customer's business and the ability to translate needs into value-creating solutions
- Experience in driving complex business processes and managing contracts
- The ability to communicate clearly and create engagement at all levels in an organization
- A structured yet entrepreneurial approach to your work
It is a merit if you have experience working in teams with roles such as TAM/SDM or delivery manager, as well as familiarity with customers with recurring service agreements.
