The workplace is located near Nova Lund and Mobilia, which can easily be reached by bus, and if you drive, you can easily park in our nearby spaces by the building.

In the position of care assistant, you will work with care and support based on the client's wishes, in accordance with assistance decisions, and always with a strong focus on quality. You will assist with personal hygiene, meal preparation and serving, responding to alarms, and being there for social interaction. Social interaction is an important part of our work to ensure that everyone can live life to the fullest. This can involve everything from chatting, playing games, going on outings, or coming up with fun activities together. You will also work with delegated tasks from licensed personnel in the form of medication administration and training.

We are currently looking for two new colleagues for full-time/part-time permanent positions with a probationary period.

To be considered for the position, you need:

• A certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare as a care assistant
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form
• A driving license B and/or the ability to cycle

We also consider previous experience in home care as an advantage.

To thrive in the position, you are engaged and care about your fellow human beings while being good at creating good relationships and being service-oriented. With us, we work in teams as well as independently, so it is important that you are comfortable in that environment.

Before we offer employment, you will need to provide an unopened extract from the police record. We also require a valid Swedish work permit, such as a passport or approved work permit from the Migration Agency.
