We are looking for a Sales Representative at Verdis

About the position
As a salesperson at Verdis, you play a key role in driving the company's growth and developing our customer relationships. You work broadly with both corporate and private customers, selling our services in waste management, container solutions, and service offerings. The role is both strategic and operational, and you manage the entire sales cycle – from first contact to closing. In this role, you collaborate closely with other parts of the organization, especially with operations and customer service.
Your main responsibilities as a salesperson include:
- Active prospecting and outreach sales
- Managing the entire sales process from first contact to closing
- Developing existing customer relationships and creating upselling opportunities
- Collaborating with the operational business to ensure delivery and quality
- Participating in marketing activities, campaigns, and fairs
- Reporting and following up sales results against set goals
Who are you?

You are driven, curious, and solution-oriented, with the ability to combine patience with focus and determination. You enjoy taking responsibility, are flexible, and follow up on your results – from customer meetings to quotes and closures.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Documented experience in direct sales (B2B or B2C)
- Good communication skills and a service-oriented attitude
- Experience working in a structured and independent manner towards clear goals
- Good system skills and confidence in digital tools
- At least a high school diploma, preferably with further education in areas such as economics, technology, or project management
- Driver's license (B)
It is an advantage if you have experience in the waste, environmental, or recycling industry and are used to selling services and solutions rather than products. If you have also worked in field sales, simpler procurement, logistics, or have knowledge of sustainability and circular economy, it is considered a significant plus.
