Conaxess Trade has 170 employees, 55 at their offices in Sundbyberg and Malmö, and the rest out in the field, who work every day to create growth for their partners. Conaxess Trade is now looking for a new team member for their Customer Service team, based in Sundbyberg.

The role of Customer Service Coordinator is a key function within the company through daily contact with their customers and is an excellent opportunity for you who have a genuine interest in providing world-class customer service, are motivated by working in a dynamic work environment, and are inspired to take initiative to contribute to their growth journey!

About the position

As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will have a central role in an ambitious Supply team and report to the Supply Chain Manager. Together with the team, you will work closely with the company's other departments and become involved in Conaxess Trade's growth efforts, where a work environment with quick decision-making paths and a fast pace is offered.

Tasks included in the role are, among others:

• Ensure high quality in all customer contact.

• Daily handling of customer orders and invoicing.

• Customer returns and complaints.

• Price and discount agreements.

• Collaborate closely with other departments such as warehousing, sales, marketing, purchasing, and finance to ensure positive customer experiences.

• Continuous improvement work aimed at enhancing the customer journey.

Qualifications and characteristics

To thrive and succeed in the role, a combination of being flexible, having the ability to calmly and methodically handle changing situations, and being proactive and outgoing is required.

We are looking for a professional, adaptable, and outgoing person with a strong customer focus and the ability to prioritize and make decisions, who also sees improvements as part of the workday. While you are self-sufficient, collaboration is close to your heart, and you are attentive and engaged in the team. Of course, you are a cheerful and positive person who wants to contribute to a pleasant atmosphere among colleagues in the office.

Additionally, you have:

• At least three years of work experience in Customer Service that includes working towards clear goals, following up on key performance indicators, handling customer orders, invoicing and complaints, complex customer cases, as well as working with process and quality improvements within customer service.

• Communicates fluently in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
• Has very good system and computer skills.
• Experience working in Retail, FMCG, and/or Healthcare.

It is highly meritorious if you have experience with Dynamics AX and/or D365F&O.

• Extent: Full-time
• Salary: By agreement
