Supplier Quality Assurance – Quality in the Supply Chain

Do you want to work in a role where you can combine analysis, coordination, and supplier development in an international environment? We are now looking for a Supplier Quality Assurance Specialist who wants to contribute to improving the quality of the supply chain and drive improvements in processes and supplier collaborations.

About the Role

In the role of Supplier Quality Assurance, you will be responsible for monitoring and developing suppliers within defined product areas. You will manage deviations, lead analyses, and ensure that corrective actions are implemented and documented correctly. You will work on everything from registering and following up on deviations to analyzing trends, compiling statistics, and contributing to improvement work both internally and externally.

You will be a central contact point between purchasing, production, and suppliers – a role with significant responsibility for quality assurance throughout the chain from supplier to finished product.

Your Main Tasks

• Lead and follow up on quality deviations with suppliers
• Ensure that root cause analyses (RCA) are conducted correctly and lead to lasting improvements
• Analyze and report statistics related to supplier performance
• Contribute to the development of processes, routines, and working methods within the quality area
• Support the organization in supplier development and quality work

Your Profile

You are structured, analytical, and enjoy working on improvements and problem-solving. You have a natural interest in technology and quality and thrive in a role with many contact points. We prefer that you have experience in production, quality, purchasing, or business development, preferably in an international environment.

You express yourself well in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing, and have good communication skills. Experience with SAP or similar systems is an advantage.
