We are looking for 1-4 nursing assistants/caregivers for home care in Jokkmokk.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a nursing assistant/caregiver, your tasks include providing good quality of life for our clients based on a person-centered approach. The work mainly consists of care and support tasks and being able to provide social support and guidance. Service tasks such as cleaning and laundry are also performed.

You should be able to work both independently and in collaboration with others in the team. We use various digital tools, so you need to have knowledge of how to use digital technology and be familiar with using a computer in daily work for documentation. We use Pulsen Combine as our operational system.

Working hours are flexible based on the needs of the operation and your wishes. Our operations run 24/7.

QUALIFICATIONS

Nursing assistant education or other education/experience deemed equivalent by the employer. We are looking for someone who is a positive, engaged, and responsible person with good empathetic ability. Good knowledge of the Swedish language is required, both spoken and written, as communication and documentation are important parts of the job.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability, maturity, and ability to collaborate.

A B driver's license is a requirement.

The salary range for this position is between 24,000 - 30,000 SEK/month full-time. We apply individual salary setting based on your experience and competence.
