About the Role of Experienced Claims Advisor

As an Experienced Claims Advisor with our client in Lidingö, you will play a key role in managing and streamlining claims processes. You will be responsible for guiding customers through the claims handling process, ensuring that all details are handled correctly, and providing support as needed.

• Receive and review claims reports
• Conduct thorough damage assessments and calculations
• Maintain clear communication with customers and insurance companies
• Coordinate with workshop staff for repairs and follow-ups

Qualifications for Experienced Claims Advisor

• Experience in claims handling or a similar role
• Good technical understanding of vehicles and damage repairs
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English
• Driving license B is a requirement
• Experience with administrative systems and computer usage
