Do you want to take full responsibility for marketing in a fast-growing fintech company with thousands of users and strong growth? We are now looking for a Marketing Manager for Billecta – a leading player in automated invoicing flows. Here you will work in a hybrid role with both strategic and operational responsibilities – and you will be a key person in the effort to truly scale up marketing!

About Billecta Billecta is a leading provider of advanced system solutions that automate the invoicing process. We process over 6 million invoices annually and manage a total amount of 75 billion SEK.

Billecta is located at Kammakargatan 7 in Stockholm together with other colleagues in the corporate group. The atmosphere is driven and welcoming with high ceilings. The company is well-established but still retains a strong startup feel. They move quickly and have a lot of fun together!

About the role As a Marketing Manager at Billecta, you will be the one driving the marketing strategy forward with a full focus on growth and lead generation. Currently, the company's CCO and consulting firm are handling marketing efforts, but they now want to bring in a Marketing Manager who will be responsible for marketing in the growing organization with all that it entails. This role is suitable for you who thrive in both operational and strategic roles. You will work closely with sales and product and be responsible for campaigns, budgets, analysis, and agency collaborations.

You will:

  • Lead and develop the company's marketing strategy
  • Optimize campaigns in Hubspot and work data-driven
  • Be responsible for the marketing budget and contact with external agencies
  • Work with paid media and SEO optimization
  • Ensure that marketing contributes to concrete leads
  • Work closely with the sales team and contribute to growth hacking initiatives

About you We are looking for someone who is self-driven, strategic, and enjoys working towards clear results. You are analytical and thrive in tools like Hubspot or similar systems.

To succeed in the role, we believe you have:

A relevant post-secondary education in marketing or similar

Several years of work experience in a similar marketing role where the focus has been more on marketing strategies, SEO and campaign optimization, lead generation rather than on the creative and visual aspects of marketing

Worked in-house or at an agency with a focus on growth and lead generation

Experience with CRM and marketing automation (preferably Hubspot)

Responsible for marketing budgets and agency collaborations

A data-driven mindset – you prefer working with numbers rather than just color and design

Fluently communicates in Swedish and English

We consider it a significant advantage if you have worked with marketing software services online.

We also see it as advantageous if you have worked with both strategic and operational activities related to brand building.
