OSO Hotwater is now seeking an experienced and driven Product Manager who wants to take full responsibility for their marine and commercial product lines - a role where technology, strategy, and sustainability meet. 

About the role

As a Product Manager at OSO Hotwater, you will own the entire lifecycle of a range that includes pressure vessels, water heaters, accumulators, and indirect heaters. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and are expected to combine technical knowledge with strategic insight. Your responsibilities will range from market analysis and product planning to technical support, quality assurance, and after-sales service.

In this role, you will delve into market needs and expectations, analyze trends and competition, and transform these insights into concrete product strategies. You will collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure that products meet both customer requirements and relevant regulations, such as PED, EN-13445, ASME, RoHS, and marine classifications.

You will be central in translating technical solutions into business value. This means you will both lead discussions with engineers and support sales and service teams with technical expertise. You will also act as a knowledge bearer internally and often be the one who trains and guides colleagues and customers on the properties and applications of our products.

About you

To thrive in this role, we believe you have a strong technical interest and the ability to combine strategy, business, and technology. You have the ability to see the big picture - from customer needs to technical solutions and production conditions - and find it easy to make decisions even in complex matters.

Most likely, you have an engineering degree in mechanical engineering, industrial economics, or similar, or you have built equivalent competence through relevant work experience. You have probably worked for a few years in a similar role with responsibility for technical products. Experience with certifications such as PED, ASME, or marine classifications is an advantage but not a requirement.

As a person, we think you are communicative, structured, and used to collaborating with both technical, production, and commercial teams. You take responsibility, drive work forward, and enjoy being the hub of product issues. You express yourself well in both Swedish and English, in speech and writing.
