Do you have experience in customer service or sales and a strong interest in cars and working with people? Now you have the chance to take the next step in your career and develop in a role as a junior car salesperson.

We are currently looking for driven junior salespeople for our client in the automotive industry, starting in August. The role begins as a trainee, where you will receive a solid introduction to sales and the car industry through internal training, practical learning, and daily support from coaching managers. This gives you the right conditions to succeed in your role.

As a car salesperson, you will work with proactive sales via phone and play an important role in driving business forward. You will contact both new and existing customers, map their needs, and present suitable solutions, with a strong focus on quality and long-term relationships. You will be involved in the entire sales process and have the opportunity to work with one of the market's leading car brands.

You will be placed at one of our client's facilities in northern Stockholm. Working hours are scheduled during the day from Monday to Friday and every other weekend.

Your Profile We are looking for someone at the beginning of their career who has the desire and drive to take on a role in sales. To succeed in this role, we prefer that you are communicative, engaged, and enjoy a customer-facing role. You should be goal-oriented, self-motivated, and have a strong drive. An interest in cars is a big plus.

You have good telephone and computer skills and find it easy to adapt to new systems. You speak and write fluently in Swedish and hold a valid B driver's license.
