We are now looking for a dedicated district nurse to join our wonderful team at Doktor.se Tegnergatan Health Center and be part of developing the future of primary care with us.

About the role As a district nurse at Doktor.se Tegnergatan Health Center, you will work patient-centered and evidence-based, while being professional in your approach and prioritizing the patient.

Examples of tasks:

• Regular clinic work
• Home healthcare
• Telephone advice
• Help us develop primary care by participating in the journey to implement digiphysical processes

About you

For the right person, there are great development opportunities in this role. We are looking for someone with the following qualifications:

• Licensed district nurse
• Experience in diabetes and home healthcare is an advantage
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

• The position is a permanent employment on full-time with an initial probationary period
