About the Company
InmatiQ Mitt AB is a company specializing in property and industrial automation. They offer comprehensive solutions, from consulting and design to installation and service, always focusing on energy efficiency and sustainability. As Sweden's first Advanced Partner to Siemens in Smart Infrastructure, InmatiQ is at the forefront of digital and future-proof automation solutions. They aim to be more than just a service provider; they want to be a partner that sees opportunities beyond the ordinary.
InmatiQ is a company within the Instalco group, founded in 2024. Despite being new to the market, the company has already achieved significant success and established itself as a reliable player in its field, thanks to its senior experience in the industry.
We at Asta Agency are collaborating with InmatiQ in this recruitment process. We are looking for an Automation Engineer based in Stockholm and surrounding areas. The process is conducted through Asta, and you will be employed directly by InmatiQ.
About the Position
As an Automation Engineer at InmatiQ, you will be a key person in developing and implementing automation solutions within property automation. You will work throughout the entire project lifecycle – from design and construction to programming, commissioning, and support. This means a varied job where you switch between technical documents and programming in the office, and practical work at the client's site with commissioning, troubleshooting, and system optimization.
You will be part of an engaged team where collaboration, humility, and knowledge sharing are essential. Here, engineers and project managers work closely together – currently, the group consists of two project managers and several engineers, with the goal of further growing with the right people as the customer base expands.
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop technical solutions for automation, from supervisory systems to field level.
- Design, construct, and program control and monitoring systems.
- Commissioning, troubleshooting, and optimizing automation solutions.
- Preparation of operation cards, documentation, and technical documents.
- Collaboration with customers, consultants, and contractors to ensure comprehensive solutions.
Qualifications and Attributes
We believe you are an engaged and curious person with a strong interest in technology. You enjoy taking responsibility, collaborating closely with colleagues and customers, and driving things forward. The role suits you if you thrive on alternating office work with being on-site in facilities in a practical role. We are looking for someone who wants to develop in a role with significant responsibility. Most importantly, you have a strong technical interest and want to work on projects from start to finish.
At InmatiQ, you will have a role where you are involved in the entire project flow – from idea and design to completed commissioning. You will have the opportunity to grow alongside the company, both in responsibility and competence, while becoming part of a family-like culture with short decision-making paths and great trust. Here, flexibility and freedom under responsibility are combined with clear frameworks and strong support from colleagues and management.
Additionally, we are looking for someone who has:
- Experience in electrical engineering, for example, in a role as a project engineer, automation engineer, service engineer, operations technician, or as a service technician with a focus on control and regulation technology. Perhaps you have worked with electrical installations, HVAC, ventilation, or refrigeration technology and want to take the next step towards control systems and programming.
- Knowledge of automation systems/manufacturers.
- Understanding of operation cards.
- Experience with panel schematics.
- A strong interest in computers.
- Driving license B, with access to your own car.
- Fluent skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Experience with Siemens, Bastec, Beckhoff, Saia, Webport, or similar is an advantage, alternatively previous work with SCADA, commissioning, or system integration.
Other Information
- Start: Immediately, considering notice period.
- Location: Stockholm.
- Extent: Full-time.
- Salary: By agreement.
We apply rolling selection in this process, which means that the position may be filled before the advertisement is removed. Therefore, we recommend that you apply as soon as possible!
