About the role

As a commercial manager, you will be a key person in our team at the Stockholm office. Here you will work closely with the regional manager, technical manager, and property technician, focusing on creating value for our customers. The role involves active management and close contact with tenants and partners. You will report to the regional manager and simultaneously receive support from our central functions located at the headquarters in Kalmar.

Our regional office in Stockholm currently manages a portfolio consisting of 125,000 sqm spread over 16 commercial properties – including three larger retail properties.

Your responsibilities include

• Tenant relations – help create and maintain long-term relationships, manage move-ins and move-outs, and communicate professionally.
• Contract management – assist in negotiations and administer lease agreements, handle legal matters, and work in the property system Vitec.
• Leasing & vacancy management – drive leasing processes and work proactively to reduce vacancies.

We are looking for you

To succeed, we believe you are an unpretentious and structured relationship builder with an eye for commercial opportunities and service. You are used to handling multiple tasks simultaneously and take personal responsibility for getting things done.

We see that you have several years of work experience from similar roles within the commercial real estate industry with a focus on retail, are confident in customer dialogues, and have good negotiation skills. Your knowledge of rental law is strong, and you are accustomed to working in property systems.

Furthermore, you have good administrative skills and enjoy keeping track of details. You speak and write Swedish and English fluently.
