Quality and Business Developer in Property Management

HSB Stockholm

We are looking for someone who wants to take the next step in their career and become a key person in a company with strong future prospects, clear values, and a heart in the right place. With us, you will have a meaningful and independent role where sustainability, collaboration, and professionalism are key principles.

We offer

An exciting and developing role in an organization with high engagement and low employee turnover. You will be part of a competent team that works closely with our members and customers. For the right person, we offer excellent employment conditions, training, and the opportunity to influence the future of property management. Our modern offices are located in Solna, Hammarby Sjöstad, Jakobsberg, and Haninge. Here, we can also offer you the opportunity to work from any of these offices.

Your role

As a Quality and Business Developer, you will be a central player in our efforts to ensure high quality, clear processes, and good internal governance – with a particular focus on our housing cooperatives. In this role, you will drive improvement work, follow up on quality, and act as an important support for both management and your colleagues. The assignment is both strategic and operational, which means you will work closely with the operations manager and actively participate in the management team's work.

A large part of the role involves quality monitoring, where you have a clear controller function within the management team of the organization. You will serve as an internal support in matters related to quality assurance, process monitoring, and identification of improvement areas – always with a particular focus on property management and our cooperative housing customers.

You will report to the operations manager for Property Management and collaborate closely with both the line organization and other support functions. Together, you will work to create a unified, quality-assured, and customer-focused delivery throughout the organization.

Examples of tasks

  • Ensure quality and regulatory compliance in delivery
  • Map processes, conduct gap analyses, and identify risk areas
  • Develop tools for quality monitoring and initiate improvement measures
  • Lead or participate in projects focused on quality assurance
  • Educate and support the organization in new working methods

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone with experience in the property industry who is driven by analysis, structure, and problem-solving. You are a person who truly loves to dig, scrutinize, and get to the bottom of details, and who has both the patience and perseverance required to do so in a qualitative manner. You have a strong personal drive and thrive in a role where you can create order, build structure, and take responsibility for getting things done. At the same time, you have the courage to challenge, take initiative, and drive work forward even when the situation is complex.

You adapt quickly to changes and see opportunities where others see obstacles. Additionally, you are a humble team player who builds good relationships and collaborates to achieve common goals. Here, you will have the opportunity to combine your analytical sharpness with your ability to influence, develop, and create long-term value in the organization.

We also consider the following:

  • Post-secondary education in property management
  • Experience in quality and development work within property management or a similar industry
  • Knowledge of governing documents, process monitoring, and quality systems
  • Good communication skills and very good knowledge of Swedish
