Main Responsibilities

• Prepare group financial statements according to K3 for both legal and operational consolidation
• Contribute to the development and harmonization of accounting principles, routines, and processes
• Support subsidiaries in accounting and reporting issues
• Participate in monthly and annual closings
• Perform analyses and reconciliations
• Be responsible for the parent company's accounting

Requirements

We are looking for someone who has:

• A degree in finance or equivalent
• Documented experience with IFRS and international accounting.
• Solid experience from larger companies/group environments.
• Familiarity with working in Cognos/TM1 or equivalent consolidation tools.
• About 3 years of experience from an audit firm
• Good understanding of consolidation tools, reporting systems, and is an experienced Excel user
• Experience in change management within the finance area (preferable)
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• A digital mindset and curiosity about new tools and working methods
• Structured and independent working style combined with collaboration skills and a team spirit
• Analytical ability and attention to detail

After Introduction – Your Responsibilities

After a thorough introduction, you will be responsible for:

• Group accounting and consolidation
• Monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
• Super user role in Cognos/Planning Analytics/TM1
• IFRS reporting (especially leasing)
• Preparation of annual reports, governing documents, accounting manuals, and internal controls
• Audit, follow-up, and sustainability reporting (if needed)
• Ongoing internal and external reporting
