Here you will work:

You will work for three of our facilities in Linköping and Mantorp. Duvan and Bantorget in Linköping have been operated by Forenede Care since September 1 on behalf of Linköping Municipality. Duvan is a care and nursing home with 94 places, and Bantorget is a care and nursing home with 50 places. Both facilities are centrally located in Linköping. Vifolkagården in Mantorp has been operated by Forenede Care since April 1 on behalf of Mjölby Municipality. Vifolkagården has 46 places. At the three units, nursing responsible nurses work during the day from Monday to Friday. We are now looking for nurses who may be looking for part-time positions that you can combine with other assignments. The position is scheduled for active daytime hours on weekends, as well as standby in the evenings and nights.

You have the opportunity to work from home and make assessments via phone calls and home visits.

Who are you?

You are responsible, independent, and comfortable making priorities and leading others. You enjoy mentoring staff in health and medical care issues, are unpretentious, and are motivated by organizing care in the best way together with your colleagues.

In the role of standby nurse, you are confident working independently. You have the opportunity to work from home and are responsible for health and medical care for the three facilities, Duvan, Bantorget, and Vifolkagården. You perform planned and urgent visits and provide advice by phone to the staff of the residence. We work with evidence-based decision support.

Job Description

We are currently looking for 1-3 colleagues for part-time permanent positions with a probationary period starting on 2025-02-01.

Working hours are standby in the evenings and nights. Active daytime hours on weekends.

• Licensed nurse
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English in spoken and written form
• Driving license B

We would like you to have previous experience in elderly care.

To thrive in the position, you are engaged and care about your fellow human beings while being good at creating good relationships and being service-oriented. With us, we work in teams as well as independently, so it is important that you are comfortable in that environment.

Before we offer employment, you will need to provide an unopened extract from the police criminal record. We also require a valid Swedish work permit, such as a passport or approved work permit from the Migration Agency.
