We are now looking for a consultant for our client in the security sector in Linköping. The assignment is as a Process Specialist in their Operational Support Management team, which consists of eight people. In this role, you are responsible for ensuring that processes are well-documented, used correctly, and continuously improved. You will play an important part in anchoring and training the organization in the processes, monitoring compliance, and driving improvement work forward.
Since the assignment is within the security sector, Swedish citizenship is required, and you must undergo and pass a security clearance with a background check.
Working hours are weekdays between 07:00–18:00, with on-call duty according to a schedule.

Your tasks
As a Process Specialist, you will work broadly with both development and follow-up. You are responsible for developing and improving processes and procedures while creating training materials and conducting training to anchor the working methods in the organization. You will follow up on compliance with the processes and produce reports and dashboards that provide a basis for decisions and improvements.
The role also includes delivery follow-up, case analysis, and trend identification. You will handle escalations and Major Incidents as they arise and participate in on-call duty according to a schedule.
Your profile and qualifications
We are looking for someone who has:
· Experience with IT Service Management processes (e.g., incident, problem, change)
· General IT knowledge
· Good communication skills in both spoken and written form
· Ability to coordinate and drive work forward
· Drive and interest in improvement work
· Very good knowledge of Swedish and English
· Ability to collaborate but also work independently
Meritorious
· Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow
· Familiarity with agile working methods
· Experience in team leadership
· Certification in ITIL v4
