A-hub Lifebalance Program – your development journey

As one of five new consultants in strategic purchasing, you will participate in the A-hub Lifebalance Program for one year, developed in collaboration with Doersmind. 

The program offers you:

• Training in self-leadership – tools for sustainable habits, focus, and balance. • Twelve coaching sessions – one per month, with certified coaches who support you in everything from structure to stress management. • Five flexible check-in calls – shorter sessions you can use when facing something new, exciting, or challenging and need extra encouragement. The program is designed to enhance both performance and well-being – so you can succeed in your assignment while also feeling good in the long run.

About A-hub

A-hub is one of Sweden's fastest-growing companies with a strong local presence. We offer consulting assignments in areas such as purchasing, IT, technology, and finance and are authorized by Kompetensföretagen (Almega). We are looking for someone who

• Has at least 5 years of experience in strategic purchasing or a related field. 
• Has an educational background from YH or university in economics, industrial economics, purchasing, logistics, or equivalent. 
• Is experienced in working with supplier selection, procurement, category management, or long-term contract negotiations. 
• Can analyze purchasing data, drive improvement initiatives, and develop supplier strategies. 
• Expresses themselves fluently in both Swedish and English, in speech and writing.

For certain consulting assignments, there may be requirements for Swedish citizenship and/or approved security clearance according to applicable regulations.

Practical information

Location: Linköping, Jönköping Start: Consulting assignment by agreement, Lifebalance Program starts January 2026. Contract: Long-term consulting assignment with A-hub, with the option to stay where you thrive or move on to the next step.
