After a pleasant summer vacation, our batteries are charged and we step into a new season with renewed energy. Perhaps now is the time for you to take a step towards something new? Autumn is perfect for the next leap in your career – and at Nexer, you will have the opportunity to turn your ambitions into reality. We believe in courage, change, and a hopeful future – and we want to be your platform for just that.
As a consultant at Nexer, you will work on varied assignments across different technologies and industries. With us, every assignment is a chance to grow – we strongly believe in development. We also believe in sustainable and long-term employment, where skills development and a balance between work and leisure are integral parts of everyday life.
Who are you?
At Nexer in Malmö, we continue to strengthen our successful team – we are now looking for Project Managers, Change Leaders, and Scrum Masters with a few years of experience. We believe that those who want to work with us:
- can lead IT projects from idea to implementation
- have experience with agile methods and are passionate about effective teams
- can drive projects in digitalization, system changes, cloud journeys, or integrations
- take an active and clear role in change management – anchoring new ways of working, creating understanding of the benefits, and building engagement among employees
You have preferably worked according to established project methods such as PPS, Prince2, SAFe, or Scrum – and also have practical experience with change management models like PROSCI or ADKAR.
The role requires you to communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, in speech and writing, as you will often translate complex technology and change into clear messages for different target groups.
As a person, you are structured, solution-oriented, and confident in leading others through change. You thrive in a central role, build trust, and combine the ability to see the big picture with attention to detail. You are used to working independently but are also a team player who enjoys collaborating to achieve results.
Who are we at Nexer in Malmö?
With us, there are sharp project managers, developers, and experts – but above all, great colleagues! From our Malmö office, you will work with clients and colleagues throughout the country, and we invest heavily in your development through Nexer Academy, networking events, and learning lunches.
The assignments you take on are engaging. They exist within retail, public sector, industry, defense, and other technology-driven industries. Sometimes you work independently, sometimes in teams – often in a hybrid everyday life where you combine office, client, and home office in a way that suits both the assignment and your life.
You will become part of a community where belonging is not just a word. Where security and balance are as self-evident as ambition and development. If you enjoy exciting assignments, friendly colleagues, and developing in your professional role – then you will thrive with us at Nexer in Malmö.
