Psychiatric Nurse/Nurse for Psychiatric Partners Children and Youth in Kronoberg.

Exciting things are happening at Psychiatric Partners! We have clinics in Falun, Norrköping, Linköping, Jönköping, Växjö, Ljungby, and Malmö, where we develop and manage outpatient-based Child and Adolescent Psychiatric specialist care and intermediate care. In Kronoberg, we operate two Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (BUP) clinics on behalf of the region under the Vårdval BUP agreement. Psychiatric Partners is also part of PBM Sweden AB, which became part of Kry in the autumn of 2022.

About the Position We are growing and are now looking for psychiatric nurses for our BUP clinics in Kronoberg. The role of a psychiatric nurse with us involves working alongside doctors, taking responsibility for medical follow-ups and advice. You will work independently and in a team with assessments, treatments, and follow-ups. The work also includes collaboration with schools, social services, and other stakeholders. There is an opportunity to combine this with remote digital work. At Psychiatric Partners in Kronoberg, psychologists, doctors, social workers, nurses, occupational therapists, and medical secretaries work in teams. We offer specialist psychiatric assessments, diagnostics, investigations, and treatments for children aged 6-17 years. Care is provided according to an agreement with Region Kronoberg, meaning that the same conditions apply as in public healthcare.

Qualifications

You who are applying must be a licensed nurse. Experience in child and adolescent psychiatry, adult psychiatry, or working with children and youth is an advantage. As a person, you are positive, secure, and empathetic, with the ability to organize your work effectively. You have good collaboration skills, a pedagogical approach, and a holistic view with the patient's needs in focus. You have a good demeanor and thrive in an environment where you can work independently while contributing to a strong team.
