Technical Support – Samvolt (Malmö)

Samvolt delivers solutions for both energy storage and inverters to wholesalers across the Nordics. We are now looking for you who want to become our next star in the technical support team at our office in Malmö.

About the Role

As a technical support representative, you will be one of our primary contacts for customers and installers. Your mission will be to provide quick, professional, and solution-oriented assistance – always with a focus on customer satisfaction. You will, among other things:

• Provide technical support to wholesalers, installers, and end customers.
• Handle warranty cases and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated within a constantly evolving industry.
• Maintain close contact with our suppliers and participate in product training.
• Actively contribute to building and developing our support department.

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone who is passionate about technology and problem-solving. You are meticulous, quick to learn, and always want to find the best solution for the customer.

• You have a strong technical interest – experience in technical support is a plus but not a requirement.
• If you have previously worked in the solar energy, battery, or energy storage industry, that is a big plus.
• You are flexible, solution-oriented, and confident even in pressured situations.
• You speak and write fluent Swedish and English (additional language skills are a plus. Finnish is a big plus).
• You thrive both with independent responsibility and working in a team.
