We are looking for an occupational therapist at Psykiatripartners Children and Youth in Växjö 

There is a lot happening at Psykiatripartners right now! Psykiatripartners has clinics in Falun, Norrköping, Linköping, Jönköping, Växjö, Ljungby, and Malmö, where we develop and run outpatient-based Child and Adolescent Psychiatric specialist care and intermediate care. In Kronoberg, we operate two BUP clinics on behalf of the region under the Vårdval BUP agreement. Psykiatripartners is also part of PBM Sweden AB, which became part of Kry in the fall of 2021.

About the position We are now looking for an occupational therapist for our BUP clinics in Kronoberg. As an occupational therapist in child psychiatry, you will work with both families and patients, focusing on independent ADL assessments, group therapy, assistive devices, and cognitive support. The work also includes collaboration with schools, social services, and other stakeholders. There is an opportunity to combine this with remote digital work.

We have psychologists, doctors, social workers, nurses, occupational therapists, and medical secretaries working in teams. We offer specialist psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, investigation, and treatment for children aged 0-17 years. Care is provided according to an agreement with Region Kronoberg, meaning that the same conditions apply as in public healthcare.

Qualifications You who are applying are a licensed occupational therapist, and we prefer that you have experience in clinical work. If you have worked in child or adult psychiatry or have experience in neuropsychiatry, it is an advantage. As a person, you are positive, secure, and empathetic, with the ability to organize your work effectively. You have an educational approach and a holistic perspective with the patient's needs in focus. You have a good demeanor and thrive in an environment where you can work independently while contributing to a strong team.
