We are a girl and a boy, both 5 years old, looking for assistants for our newly started team in Avesta. In our free time, we enjoy activities such as crafting, reading, or listening to a book. Our assistance needs mainly concern physical aspects, which can sometimes be demanding, so we are looking for someone with good physical fitness.

We can share what we want, but it is still important to be attentive and able to read body language. Most things we will learn together, as the needs, like everyone else's, are individual. We would like you to have experience working in a similar role, but the most important thing is, of course, the chemistry between us.

It is important for us that our assistants are cheerful, imaginative, and take initiative so that we can have a fun and meaningful everyday life with people we can rely on.

During the day, we attend preschool, and our assistants will accompany us there. We hope our assistants will encourage play with our friends while maintaining a low profile in between.

We are looking for 8 assistants to work 90%. The shifts are scheduled for day, evening, and awake night.

Meritorious:

Experience working in a family

Experience in care and support

Requirements:

Driver's license

Proficiency in the Swedish language in speech and writing

Criminal record extract for working with children under LSS
