Personal assistance is an intervention according to LSS (The Act on Support and Service for Certain Disabled Persons). As a personal assistant, you provide individual support and care to people who have been granted personal assistance because they need help with one or more basic needs. Each client is unique, and your tasks vary based on the client's needs. You respect the client's self-determination and privacy, contributing to a smooth daily life.

About the position

The role of a personal assistant requires a high ability to create good relationships. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is attentive, committed, and responsible. It is also important that you can take your own initiatives and see what needs to be done.

We are now looking for someone who meets the following criteria:

• wants to work with a man in his 30s living in Rättvik
• has a B driver's license for a manual car

It is also advantageous if you:

• have experience in similar work
• are social and prefer activities in daily life
• share the client's interest in sports, especially hockey

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Working hours, employment rate, and salary:

The current employment form is "Hourly Employment". The position involves work during the day, evening, and night on both weekdays and weekends.

Fixed hourly wage according to agreement and other compensation is in accordance with collective agreements.

Start date

Immediately or according to agreement.

Being employed at Humana

A prerequisite for starting employment with us at Humana is that you can present valid ID and any documents that prove your right to work in Sweden. To work as a personal assistant, you must be at least 18 years old.
